We charge 25% of the sale price of your item.

What we accept?
We accept all authentic designer handbags, shoes, clothes, and accessories which are in a gently used condition. We consider each item on a case by case basis, but the following guide may be helpful:
Wear & Tear: light discolouration, patina, or light markings to soft leather
Exterior marks: noticeable scratches and markings will be individually assessed
Staining: water marks, or stains from wear will be assessed
Missing embellishments: small beading, and sequins may be considered
Seasonal / Style: items considered too out of season, or no longer a saleable style may be refused
Please be aware, should you send an item to us which is later discovered not authentic by our authenticators we reserve the right to enforce a charge of up to £60 to return the item back to you. This includes our time and resources spent authenticating your item, and postage to return the item to you.
What if I change my mind?
We understand you may have a change of heart, and want your item back. We invest a lot of time taking photos, authenticating, and making your pre-loved item sparkle in the eyes of our clients, because of this we ask that you commit to a 90 day period to give us enough time to sell your item.
If you can’t wait that long, and want it back before then we charge a release fee of up to £50 to cover our time spent.
