Return policy.

Thank you for making a purchase with Lia & Phie Luxury. Unlike many other designer resellers we accept refunds on many of our items. We believe in our products, and know that once you get your hands on them you’ll love them too much to part. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition as when purchased, and unused, with all original tags, labels, and Return Ribbon attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@liaphieluxury.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, and mail your return to the return address provided. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, this includes any applicable customs charges or VAT duties. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, which will be obtained at a competitive rate, and offer full tracking, as well as the correct level of shipping insurance for the product. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Consignment items (Consignment items will be expressly marked in the listing.)

  • Earrings, or piercing jewellery

  • Lingerie, or other intimate clothing such as underwear

  • Swimwear
